Getting Started

In order to get started, you'll need a character! In this ARPG, you play as a Cheskel, a small, highly adaptable alien species. There are a few ways to obtain characters.

• Get an egg and design your own (free if it's your first character)
• Purchase a premade design from the shop for real currency
• Purchase a custom commissioned design for real currency
• Purchase a premade design from another player's breeding

To design a Cheskel, you can follow this guide that shows what they look like, as well as what traits allowed or restricted. For your very first character, you can only choose Common traits. If you see some rarer traits that you'd really like to have, don't worry! Participating in the game will give you the opportunity to earn those traits through quests or items.

Once you know what you want your character to look like, make them a simple reference sheet! This can either drawn by yourself, commissioned by another artist, or made using one of the bases provided on the site. Artistic skill is not important, so long as it's clear what species the creature is and what traits it has (the traits can be listed off to the side, too). Once this is done, submit your character for final approval and you can start playing!

Art Roleplaying Games (ARPGs) are played by making art and stories! The level of effort put into what you make determines how much Chyisha you receive, and from there that currency can be used to buy items to improve your existing character or make additional characters.

There will also be quests and contests that you can participate in. These can award you more Chyisha, items, or special prizes!
